Legacy Cove - Week Twenty - 1001 Centowski Street

     Well, it's way past time to check in with the Centowski clan.  1001 Centowski St is currently occupied by our matriarch Zayna, our generation three heir Xane and his wife Deb, their twin boys Xavian and Xayden, and the ever present herd of schnoodles.  Let's do a quick recap of our residents.

The schnoodles!

Annie, Tanner, and Teddy

     We obviously have a full house.  Including the ghost of Zayna's husband Trevor.  It seems he never moved on.  But should the members of the household really be trying to escape?  

     This just feels a bit extreme to me.  "Too extra" as kids these days say.  Especially with university right around the corner, Xavian.  

     Just trying to be like his grandma, I suppose.  She's the neighborhood expert on being abducted.  She's been abducted so many times she's on a first name basis with the aliens, I'd guess.  

     They try to carry on like everything's normal....

     Everyone knows.  Even his little cousin Treva there.  It's not like there's not a telescope on every lot to see who's house the UFO is hovering over.  There's no secrets in Legacy Cove.  

     But Xavian was a little over excited from his virgin voyage.  Grandma Zayna to the rescue!  Treva definitely need a hug after hearing the tale.  What child needs to hear about that!!

     "Uncle Xane, did Xavian really get probed by the aliens?"

     OMG even Uri has heard about it.  Luckily Xane is our Education Minister and hopefully went about this in a strictly scientific and child-friendly manner.  

     He probably also told him about the perks, to be honest.  Always pushing the kids on how to further their education. 

     Of course.. not too many days after... here we go again.  We need a frequent flier card for this household. 

     You are getting too old for this, you know, Zayna...

     I have a feeling she hears my words, she's feeling what I'm saying, but its still not going to stop her from going out to that telescope every night.  

     ... Yup.  

     It seems she has a bucket list.  It feels like it's been more than five times already for me though.  

      Sunday finally rolled around and it's not a sim week without a birthday!  This time, ol' Tanner joined his mate Annie in old age.

     Wait a minute... WAIT!

     Grim, you are a sick son of a bitch.  HOW COULD YOU DO THIS?

     

     I'm gutted.  Why do they have to break my heart like this!??  Annie came from the main Legacy house as a young pup as a gift to Zayna after her marriage to Trevor.  My heart can't handle all of her losses.  

     At least she has her aliens... I'm not even sure she knows who the others living in her house are.  

     There was a family get-together as usual on Sunday but while the boys got together for a nice family dinner pic, Zayna the introvert was MIA.  Actually all of the ladies had excused themselves from the cookout. 

     That's Xavian, Xane, Uri (Xane's nephew), and Xayden.  

     Ooh!  Found Deb!  She's got a weird obsession with Trevor's wormrat Thunder.  

      Well, next week's a new week.  That's all she wrote for this time.  Alien abductions x2, dog birthdays, and the loss of a pup.  That's surely going to get a prescription for some nerve pills!

Legacy Cove - Week 20 - 1 Bamboo Blvd

     Welcome!  I'm back at the second house founded in the neighborhood, by Zamaris and her husband Rob Panda (RIP).  The Pandas had five children for generation three;  Yvette, Yamaris, Yung, and twins Yardley and Yeva.  Yung will be taking the helm eventually and is living here along with his wife Pearly and their daughter Yvonne.  Let's do a quick run through of the residents.

Don't forget the schnoodles!

     The week starts off with a visit from the gypsy.  I always hoard these genie lamps.  I never know which Sim should use them or what they should wish for!

     We also have a schnoodle birthday right off the bat.  This week is starting up fast and furious, but this old dog is slowing down.  

     And we are continuing to heat it up with a party!  It's Yvonne's birthday!  I can't believe how fast these kids are growing up!  I'm not ready!

     Yvonne has really grown on me from her days as a devil toddler.  She has a unique look and I do love memorable Sims!  I'm really curious to see how she handles aging up to a teenager, so hold my hand, I'm going in!

     Dang, she's cute.  Okay, I can do this.  I can unpause the game and let her spin.  Gotta let the kids grow up, right?   Hang on, let me go get her some new clothes and I'll let her have a splash of make up.

     Viola!

     Oh, she's still very cute, and I'm not the only one who thinks so!  Ryan Lawson, one of the kids from Legacyville, is digging her, too!

    

     We've made it to Wednesday, folks.  I forgot to watch Zamaris, she's got a hoard of vacation days and only one day of work to use them.  Ecological Gurus work one day a week in a very shocking uniform!  

     Pearly is still working on getting to the top of the criminal career track, and Thursday she climbs up to the next rung of the ladder!

     Meanwhile.... Yung only works Monday through Wednesday as the Hand of Poseidon.  What did he do all day at home?   

      WAIT!  WAIIIIIIIIIIT!!   I WASN'T READY!  I'M NOT READY!  I WASN'T EMOTIONALLY PREPARED AND I MISSED THE WHOLE THING!  HOW??

     How did I miss this?  The pop-ups alerted me, I never saw Grim.  I never saw the hula dancers.  I never noticed her life bar was full!  But I didn't miss the dogs sending her off to the islands...

     They sure know how to break my heart.  How terrible she died alone by the trash can and compost heap.  She deserved so much better!

     Friday passed while the family and I tried to hold ourselves together.  At least the weekend brought us a victory for Pearly. 

     And Ryan Lawson is doing too well of a job consoling our Yvonne... They are getting a little too close, darn those teenage hormones.

     But... Even though it seemed such bad timing, being on the heels of her grandmother's death, I let her pop a certain want she's been asking for. 

      Darn if these pictures aren't just so adorable!   First kiss for both of 'em!  Yvonne was so close to Zamaris, being the only grandkid living in the house and all.  At least she's keeping her spirits up, I suppose.  

     Saturday is also playdate day.  We're getting to have quite the collection of teens, and we're even down one since Zakki has grown up and gone to college!  Still more kids due to grow up this week, too.  This is wild, they were just cute toddlers yesterday. 

     I sent Yung out to make the kids some lunch and... Did you know the grills could catch on fire?  I don't think I've ever seen this happen before!  How long have I been playing this game? 

     Well, don't just stand there, Yung!  DO SOMETHING!

     Fire is out, and I gotta hustle to get Pearly cleaned up for her first day at her new position as Criminal Mastermind.  Yamaris is also a mastermind so hopefully the two don't join forces OR do battle against each other.  We can't handle either of those outcomes!

     Grim is relentless this week.  It's not enough that he took Zamaris, he has to come for the schnoodles as well!

     That's right, I said schnoodles!  As in plural!  YOU MONSTER!

     The house is so empty.  We spun up one teenager, but lost a Zamaris and two pups.  I'm so glad it's Sunday, I don't have enough Xanax to get me through any more of this house!  

     Hopefully my visit to the Centowskis is easier on my heart!
