     Hey, we're at our last stop in Legacy Cove, not counting University.  We still need to check in with the kids on campus.  But we're wrapping up week 21 and I'm excited to see what week 22 brings.  More kids going to college but we've also got a few graduates back in the home turf too!  

     So let's recap on our residents of 3 Bamboo Blvd;  Yardley, Kayla, and Shawn Panda.  Yardley is twin to Yeva, they were the youngest of Zamaris & Rob Panda's brood.  Their extended family makes up a pretty big percentage of the population!  But without further adieu...

     The week started off with some pros.   They received their inheritance from Zamaris.  They also got a puppy from Yvette & Yeva's litter!!  His name is Ying. 

     Kayla also has some exciting news!  As you might remember, she's a Mad Scientist by night, artist by day. 

     She's also joining the ranks of the business owners of Legacy Cove and opened her own store to sell her pottery.  Fancey Panda Pottery is officially in business!  

     She's got a nice spot in the commerce section of town and so far she's off to a great start!  Lots of customers and they are actually buying things!  Shout out to Kate here for supporting a local business (she's in the 2nd picture below).

     Right now, she's open part time as she has her dream night job as well plus replenishing her stock at home before taking it all to the shop to sell.  We'll have some free labor from Shawn for a bit but he'll be jetting off to university next week and we might have to hire someone to assist.  

     The opening and running of the store took up most of our week, which worked out well since the two nature boys haven't built a greenhouse so didn't have their garden to attend to.  Just a lot of work work work at the shop!

     If anyone was worried about Polly since we haven't heard from her in so long, she's here in Legacy Cove still chatting with teenage sims!  That's our Polly!!  Luckily for Shawn, he's not dark and fuzzy so I don't think she'll be after him when he spins up to a young adult!

     This is always such a hard update for me in this house.  Since Cassie stole my man.  My sim didn't even care.  But I care!!  Yes, we are at the third Centowski house for the neighborhood where Xander, Cassie, and Treva live with their dog Teeny.  As always, recap on the residents is up first!

     If you recall from the core Panda house update earlier this week, our Gen 2 matriarch Zamaris passed away.  I was a bit surprised that Cassie got some inheritance from her!  

     With the money in our pocket, we invited Amin Riley, the headmaster, over to have Treva apply for private school.  This game could be a lot more interesting if you were allowed to try to bribe the headmasters. 

    We schmoozed.  We dined.  

     And we were successful!  Way to go, Treva!  Congratulations!

     I've had headmasters that weren't schmoozable but Headmaster Riley fortunately seems to like to talk!  

     Another shoutout here to Teeny, who is a sweet lil gal that even gets along with our postal worker!  This was the calm before the storm.  

      It all started with some bees....

     Then the fight broke out.  

     Yeah.  That's Yvonne and I think I introduced Butters to you this week also.  

     As if this isn't crazy enough... 

     While everyone is all crazy after the fight, we've got Uri & Silver Mellon over here flirting.  

     Meanwhile... in the kitchen....

     None of these people live in this house!   That's Xane and Deb!  And no, it's not even springtime!

     Ahh.. mean sims.  How do I love thee?  And your snowmen!  Anyway, I guess the fighting brought up any kind of emotion for our visitors but for me, whew!  I'm exhausted now!  It's time to close up shop here and we'll go visit Yardley next!

     There's not a lot going on at our second Centowski house this week, just a fair warning.  Mostly some renovations to make the house a bit more 'complete'.  Let's review our residents first!

     There's also a few pups running around.  Last week, Luna had three pups.  We couldn't keep all of them though, so Lotus had the highest relationship scores with the household and that's how we decided who stays and who goes off to be adopted.  My goal is to have Linden and Laurel adopted by this point next week.  

     I know this is a game and the puppies are just pixels but it tears my little heart up to give any of them up!!  Luckily Lotus had her birthday and hit her adult dog years so the distraction helped.  She's so cute!  

      Then... the renovations began.  I wasn't happy with the way the front of the house worked so I did some tweaking...

     Much better!  The way the roof overshadowed before just wasn't sitting right with me.  Here's some inside shots to show you the before and after of how the interior is laid out, along with a full room layout.  

     Essentially, now they have a 'bonus' room of sorts to put all those career rewards in along with the other items I tend to hoard.  Collect.  Family keepsakes.  However you want to phrase it.  But it comes down to hoarding!  

     As I was thinking, "Ouch, that was more simoleans than I expected that to be!", Lindsay came home with a bonus check.  

     Congrats!  Nice on the perma-plat and the money came in just in time.  Funny though, you'd think a fortune sim would be making happy faces after spending money and then making more.  

     Luckily Xavier is already top of his career and pulling in those big checks too.  Fortune sims, celebrate!  But I really do love to see him in this uniform.  Ahoy, cutie!

     In an attempt to please Lindsay, I let her redecorate the master bathroom.  It did have black walls and craziness in there before.  

     I tried to get Uri to get to know some of the other teens in town other than his family.  We invited Miss Silver over, but he's being a bit shy.  

      Maybe next week?  We're going to wrap this one up here, and maybe before Uri disappears off to university he'll get to pop that First Kiss want that we locked!
