     It's springtime with Xander, Cassie, and Treva!  They also have my favorite schnoodle, Teeny!  Allow me to re-introduce the family...

     So just looking ahead through their upcoming week, I see Treva is also set to grow up and due to head to uni.  And I need to have them adopt one of Xander's 4-legged nephews also (one of the dalmation puppies).  I kinda forgot about that on their winter week.  Poor pups have been sitting in the adoption pool all this time!   Oops!  Anyway, let me distract you now with a pic of their house floorplan.  

     They just have the one level for now.  I'm hoping next week to upgrade their kitchen.  Xander and Cassie are both Celebrity Chefs so their kitchen is an embarassment!  Then when Treva comes home from uni, hopefully we'll be ready to look into expanding to a 2nd floor.  This week... I need to update the front of their house.  They have a fair amount of money saved up but I don't like to take them down to bare bones.  

     Luckily, Teeny was on board as a team player to help bring in that cash!!

     On Tuesday, Xander's oldest brother Xane and his wife Deb were visiting along with their twins from uni.  I swear... I can't keep them off each other.  

     And what's a week without Cassie being chased by bees?  Why does this happen so often to her?

     Then Friday arrives.  This is the day we send Treva off to uni.  I'm so sad and so excited for her!  

     I think she looks happy thought, so we'll wish her the best!  Can't wait for her to come back home!  (Bathroom selfies are always the worst.  Don't judge her on this picture please)

     Once again, Teeny came to the rescue on Friday.  No more being sad over Treva going off to uni!  Teeny reached the top of her pet career!  

     And now she's going to retire and live the rest of her life like a normal dog.  Congrats, Teeny!

     So on Saturday, Treva and her cousins came back home to visit.  That's right, all four of the Centowski generation 4 kids are in college together!!  It's the junior/senior semester for Xavian and Xayden.  Uri and Treva are both just starting off together.  

     On Saturday, to fill the house back up a bit, Cassie called in to adopt one of Luna's puppies.  We decided on another girl and Laurel is here!

     I always wonder after a while, "Why do I let my Sims have so many puppies?"  Then a dog has more puppies or we adopt and I remember.  It's because they are SO ADORABLE!  

     Laurel definitely lives a life in motion.  She was off and running from the start!

     Teeny has no problems with the new arrival!  I'm so relieved!  They've been nuzzling while Xander and Cassie slept.  My heart is not prepared for this!

     Laurel was almost full grown though, so on Sunday she grew up to an adult dog.  They really just aren't puppies long enough.  

     And that wraps up our week with Xander and Cassie Centowski!  It seemed like a nice, easy-going week but I skipped taking pictures of Cassie struggling to keep up with the garden work.  

     But, you'll notice in our parting shot below that I did get the front of the house updated!  Hooray!

     It's a sunny spring week with the next Centowski household;  Xavier, Lindsay, and Uri along with their pups Luna, Louie, and Lotus.  Let's do a meet and greet then we'll take a peek at their house.

     Missed a pic of Lotus, oops!  Cruella doesn't live in the 'hood so everything's fine here.  Let's go ahead and take a look at their house layout.  

     The main level opens up into a living room of sorts.  There's a den to the front of the house, kitchen to the back left.  There's also the nursery and master bedroom.  Also a small mud room there at the back door.  

     Then follow the stairs up and we have lots of empty potential!!  Uri occupies the 2nd master bedroom set up in the back corner.  There's a loft there behind the stairs with some of their skilling items.  A large bathroom.  And all that unused empty space.  But if I've learned anything in the decade-plus that I've been simming; another generation or two and this house will be filled up!

     So onto the weekly adventures of the Centowski nature nuts.  After not having any nature-loving sims for the first 3 generations, generation 4 really rained them down on me.  It's springtime though, which means all the remaining teenagers have other things on their want panels than their hobbies.  

     Kissing.  

     Uri set his eyes on Silver Mellon and I knew it was a good match, at least for the teenage years.  She's a cute tomboy from Legacyville which I think pairs nicely with the outdoors-loving Uri.  He agreed.  And so we popped that First Kiss want.  

     Meanwhile.... back on the ranch.  Or should I say, the backyard...  Xavier and Lindsay were doing a lot of hoeing.  

     Lindsay and Xavier are really hard to separate.  They were also a good match.  They follow each other around their home lot but at unlike some other couples, these two will at least socialize outside of their bubble.  Sometimes....

     And sometimes they can't even shower or poop all on their own.  They do have jobs so there's some downtime for each of them away from each other as the jobs overlap but Xavier has some time to himself in the morning (when he COULD be pooping) and Lindsay gets some solo time in the evening.  Xavier is our resident Space Pirate and Lindsay is the LAW.  

     And listen.  These nature sims.  Finally cleared that First Kiss want for Uri then ALL HE WANTS TO DO is catch fireflies or butterflies.  Of which we had ZERO for days.  Finally... they show up.  I sent Uri out there SO fast....

     See, Uri needed to roll up as many wants as possible because it's college time!  That's right, we have another teen headed off to uni!

     It's crazy how quickly they all suddenly grow up!  Uri turned into quite the handsome young adult.  He's a sweetheart, too.  So quiet and easy-going.  Ya'll ladies will be lucky to catch his eye! 

     When Saturday rolled around, Uri came back for a visit and we had a cousin party.  Treva is a bit lost without her best bud.  I'm pretty sure she is going off to college this week also though!

     Sundays is always family day!  I was delighted to snag a picture of the Gen 3 Centowski ladies!  Deb, Lindsay, and Cassie!  Twinkie power rules this male-dominated family line!

     We were pretty lucky to get Deb away from Xane because you know those couples i was talking about that can't separate.  It is so sweet though that they flirt with each other still.  

     Well, that's going to wrap up the Centowski nature nuts week!  Next up is Xavier's twin brother Xander!

     Welcome back to Legacy Cove!  This time we are visiting the second Lind household, home to Fletcher, Yamaris (Panda), Vincent, and Vamaris.  As always, there's a few schnoodles running amok.

     They have quite the full house, don't they?  They also have a lot of house, which I will appreciate so much with both Fletcher and Vincent being family sims.  

     There's a lot coming up this week with Vincent going off to university and Fletcher having a birthday spin also.  But before Vincent heads off to uni, there was one thing he wanted to do..... Have his first kiss.  Enter... Gwyneth.  

     Finding a place for some privacy for the big event proved to be a bit of a challenge.  Go shadow box somewhere else, Fletcher!  

     They finally got some alone time (in the kitchen because obviously that's where the magic happens) .... but since I've reinstalled my game this was the first big event and it went to the cut scene!  I was not prepared.  We did not get a picture with the rose petals falling everywhere.  I was aggravated but Vincent and Gwyneth were kind enough to re-create the scene to get a few other pics.  

     It's awful that he's going off to university so soon after this because we had hearts popping up without much effort!

     The star-struck lovers probably loved the rainy day that took Vincent away to uni.  Gwyneth will be heading to uni sooner than later but I've been very slowly adding in the old 'hood's teens to uni and to adults.  Gotta have some teens for those crushes and first kisses!

     So a detour was made to get Vincent set up in the co-ed dorm with the other generation 4 kids.  He actually is putting the boys wing to full capacity.  I can't recall if Uri or Shawn are headed to uni this week also but I may have to put them in the girls wing or build some new dorms (which might be preferable, as I don't like playing with so many uni students in one place... it gets overwhelming).  

     We'll see what happens when the time comes.  Meanwhile, let me introduce you to the new and improved Vincent!  

     He's still a mama's boy for sure.  And just a side story.  I was conflicted while fixing him up with new clothes and such.  I liked his cute lil' mop of hair that he had as a teen.  This beanie I felt gave him more of a college kid vibe.  Then there was another short cut that looked more appropriate for a fitness sim.  I consulted Brian, my boyfriend.  I'm going to make this short and sweet by saying he's absolutely no help.  He does not want to assist in playing dress up.  

     So I texted my daughter.  "Are you still up?  I NEED HELP".  It took her about 30 minutes to answer me.  "Mom, what's going on?".   To which I replied, "OH, THANK WRIGHT" and introduced her to Vincent.  I sent her the little screen shots of the 3 different hair styles.  She's amazing, just stepped right in and gave me a nice little pro/con of each and we settled on the beanie.  When he graduates uni, Vincent can get a more appropriate adult family/fitness sim look again.  

     Okay, okay.  Side story time is done.  We can move on!  It's Friday evening and that's cousin time.  Both Panda and Lind cousins arrived; Yvonne and Shawn Panda, and Walter Lind and his fiance Julie!  Julie is definitely getting a crash course in meeting all of the family she wasn't already buddied up with.  Laiyya in the purple just happened to stop by and invite herself in.  

     I often think that Vincent looks like his dad Fletcher, but while the other kids were doing the smustle, he and his momma were talking.  He does show a fair bit of her genetics as well!  They are both cute as a dang button.  

     Saturday was a bright sunny spring day.  Perfect for an outdoor birthday party!  Fletcher is about to do his last spin and age up to elder.  I always get a few last looks at my sims as adults.  

     One day, many weeks from now I hope, I will look back on Fletcher and remember him as my tall, dark, and handsome guy.  And also as a family sim that really adores his wife.  Even if he does have a persistent want to call Yvonne.  I need to remember to go into SimPE and flag them as aunt/niece.  

     Okay!  Party time!!!

     That's a lot of family to help celebrate!  And here we go!

     And of course, I forgot to get a picture of Fletcher all eldered up.  But i did get a pic of cousins Uri and Treva Centowski since they were over on Saturday for the teen hangout.   

    Then on the last day of spring we had the family dinner with the Pandas.  They had a big dance party.  Yvonne and Vincent really have some moves, too!  I was impressed. 

     And that wraps up our week with the Linds!  There's just one more addition to the game that I'd like to share...

     Please welcome Dyne Payne to the neighborhood!  Dyne is based off of my friend John who is the savior of my Sims game.  I had to have a new motherboard put in, and we found a whole host of issues.  He fixed 'em all like it was nothin'.  So if you see him comment on my facebook posts, please be sure to address him as Payne, the savior of Legacy Cove!
