Legacy Cove - Week 20 - 1 Bamboo Blvd

     Welcome!  I'm back at the second house founded in the neighborhood, by Zamaris and her husband Rob Panda (RIP).  The Pandas had five children for generation three;  Yvette, Yamaris, Yung, and twins Yardley and Yeva.  Yung will be taking the helm eventually and is living here along with his wife Pearly and their daughter Yvonne.  Let's do a quick run through of the residents.

Don't forget the schnoodles!

     The week starts off with a visit from the gypsy.  I always hoard these genie lamps.  I never know which Sim should use them or what they should wish for!

     We also have a schnoodle birthday right off the bat.  This week is starting up fast and furious, but this old dog is slowing down.  

     And we are continuing to heat it up with a party!  It's Yvonne's birthday!  I can't believe how fast these kids are growing up!  I'm not ready!

     Yvonne has really grown on me from her days as a devil toddler.  She has a unique look and I do love memorable Sims!  I'm really curious to see how she handles aging up to a teenager, so hold my hand, I'm going in!

     Dang, she's cute.  Okay, I can do this.  I can unpause the game and let her spin.  Gotta let the kids grow up, right?   Hang on, let me go get her some new clothes and I'll let her have a splash of make up.

     Viola!

     Oh, she's still very cute, and I'm not the only one who thinks so!  Ryan Lawson, one of the kids from Legacyville, is digging her, too!

    

     We've made it to Wednesday, folks.  I forgot to watch Zamaris, she's got a hoard of vacation days and only one day of work to use them.  Ecological Gurus work one day a week in a very shocking uniform!  

     Pearly is still working on getting to the top of the criminal career track, and Thursday she climbs up to the next rung of the ladder!

     Meanwhile.... Yung only works Monday through Wednesday as the Hand of Poseidon.  What did he do all day at home?   

      WAIT!  WAIIIIIIIIIIT!!   I WASN'T READY!  I'M NOT READY!  I WASN'T EMOTIONALLY PREPARED AND I MISSED THE WHOLE THING!  HOW??

     How did I miss this?  The pop-ups alerted me, I never saw Grim.  I never saw the hula dancers.  I never noticed her life bar was full!  But I didn't miss the dogs sending her off to the islands...

     They sure know how to break my heart.  How terrible she died alone by the trash can and compost heap.  She deserved so much better!

     Friday passed while the family and I tried to hold ourselves together.  At least the weekend brought us a victory for Pearly. 

     And Ryan Lawson is doing too well of a job consoling our Yvonne... They are getting a little too close, darn those teenage hormones.

     But... Even though it seemed such bad timing, being on the heels of her grandmother's death, I let her pop a certain want she's been asking for. 

      Darn if these pictures aren't just so adorable!   First kiss for both of 'em!  Yvonne was so close to Zamaris, being the only grandkid living in the house and all.  At least she's keeping her spirits up, I suppose.  

     Saturday is also playdate day.  We're getting to have quite the collection of teens, and we're even down one since Zakki has grown up and gone to college!  Still more kids due to grow up this week, too.  This is wild, they were just cute toddlers yesterday. 

     I sent Yung out to make the kids some lunch and... Did you know the grills could catch on fire?  I don't think I've ever seen this happen before!  How long have I been playing this game? 

     Well, don't just stand there, Yung!  DO SOMETHING!

     Fire is out, and I gotta hustle to get Pearly cleaned up for her first day at her new position as Criminal Mastermind.  Yamaris is also a mastermind so hopefully the two don't join forces OR do battle against each other.  We can't handle either of those outcomes!

     Grim is relentless this week.  It's not enough that he took Zamaris, he has to come for the schnoodles as well!

     That's right, I said schnoodles!  As in plural!  YOU MONSTER!

     The house is so empty.  We spun up one teenager, but lost a Zamaris and two pups.  I'm so glad it's Sunday, I don't have enough Xanax to get me through any more of this house!  

     Hopefully my visit to the Centowskis is easier on my heart!

Legacy Cove - Week 20 - Archer House

     We've made it all the way to week twenty.  This is wild.  It's time to pop back into the house that started it all.  Currently in the house is Zachariah and Antoinette, Zack and Toots, Zakki, and Zavoy.  Toss in a few schnoodles and it's a full house.

     Zavoy woke up eagerly wanting to sneak out.  He didn't care who he went out with, he gave me my pick of several.  Who am I to hold him back from this teenage right of passage?   Off he went in the dead of night with his distant cousin Xavian.

     He crept back in before dawn with none the wiser... except me.  I'm watching you, Zavoy.

     Tuesday was a bright, sunny fall day.  Avery and Amos were up to greet the mailman with a friendly wag.  He should really learn to carry treats like those UPS guys.

     Ya'll know I like family pics so let me splash a few on your screen.  First we have the siblings Zakki and Zavoy.  

     They look so much alike and nothing alike at the same time.  Next is Zachariah with his daughter Zoey and grandson Walter.  Aww!!

     Zakki and Walter are due out to college this week so there's much to be done to prepare the first of generation four for their higher education.  Zachariah, our robotics man, made sure she had a munchie bot.

      And our artist Zack made sure she had a portrait to preserve her memory at the Legacy house, since Zavoy will be our heir.  

     It's perfect!  It's hung in her childhood bedroom for all the future generations to see her.  I love it!

      Next I bring you... shenanigans.  First, we can't even have a newspaper around here.  It just gets stolen.  And the sentry bot is zapping Sims left and right. 

     That's Daphne from the old Legacyville.  FOR SHAME!  At least her mother can't see her now.  

     Then Zane the ghost has been hard at work.

     No one is safe.  

     In better news, we have a new townie walking the streets.  His name is Soupy Stephens.  He's a friend of mine from another game and was quite upset that Anthony made a debut and he was left out.  WELCOME SOUPY!  (I'm sure he loves the name!)

     And Avery the schnoodle is aging up.  Oh no!   

     This sounds like a good time though to get Amos a mate so Avery can see her grandpuppies.  Off we go to the pet store!  

     My own simself, Carissa Pepper, was at the pet store.  Not unusual, I like animals.  .... BUT I DO NOT LIKE BIRDS, WHAT AM I EVEN DOING????????

     I have to look away.  

     Let me go to my happy place now.  Dogs!  Let's welcome Amma to the neighborhood.  Amos and Amma.  I'm gonna get confused.  

     As it turns out, Amma is a naughty dog.  I was engrossed in watching Zavoy maximize his creativity skill....

     .... while Amma was DESTROYING ZACK AND TOOTS'S BED!

     This isn't just any bed.  This was Zane and Amaris's bed.  We're about to get seriously haunted.  I quickly replaced the bed with an exact replicate.  

     
     I brought Zack and Toots in to christian it.  

     But I fear it's too late.  Hell hath no fury as a ghost who's marital bed has been destroyed.  Prayers.  Swiftly.  

     Zakki makes her escape to college.  At least one will get out unscathed. 

   
     I got her all set up and made over in college then returned to the house.  Just a quick peek at our first generation four college gal!

     Yes, she looks exactly the same.  Maybe a different lipstick.  We don't rock the boat often here in Legacy Cove.  

     It's time to bring the family over for a weekend party!

      And while no one was watching, Zavoy snuck over to the far side of the house with Nikki Lee Garth.

      Oh my.  I am trying to remind myself that he's a romance sim descended from other romance sims and this is what they do.  BUT SHOULDN'T YOU TWO HAVE A CHAPERONE?

     Oh my.

     Oh, Nikki Lee.  He's gonna leave you and break your heart.  You won't be going to university with him.

     I don't think she cares.  BUT AMARIS CARES!

     Nikki Lee wasn't the only one victim to the ghosts that night though.  Zakki had a rough night as well.  

     Made her piss her pants, how could they!   THEIR OWN GREAT-GRANDCHILD!  Ghosts don't care. 

     It's time to wind this week up and head over to the Pandas.  We must move quickly, before Zane and Amaris see us.  

    Run.  Save yourselves!
