Legacy Cove - Week Nineteen - 1002 Centowski Street
A mistake has been made. Do you all know how I hate to make mistakes? This one grinds my gears. Because of this mistake, I now have the spreadsheet to help me keep track of my game info. Things such as rotation order, that used to be exclusively on index cards. Cards that a child should not have been touching, but knocked over and shuffled.
Thus... I skipped over Fletcher & Yamaris Lind's house and went on to Xavier and Lindsay Centowski's house. These were not even my children, they should not have been into my desk stuff. But I have some colored pens that are off-limits .... soooooo.... you see where this is going. I would attempt to post the weeks in order except for the fact that this week is particularly sensitive due to the aging of the children from toddler to child and all the birthdays, Saturday play-dates, and so forth.
I'm forced to sit here and seethe quietly and be out of order. And to prevent children from affecting things they shouldn't, the spreadsheet is now in place for this neighborhood also. I had one for Legacyville and should have just made one to begin with for Legacy Cove.
In any matter, we'll proceed. Let's go over the household members, shall we?

Lindsay is one of the sims I've been trying to pin down to clean up after the lightning bolt disaster of week 19. This is how we started the week, not that pretty picture shown above ...
Girl, you are a mess. Luckily, I got her cleaned up in time before she went off to work and score! We have a promotion!
Their work schedules are meshing with the child care needs for now since Xavier is a Space Pirate and works mostly evenings. He's got some weekends mixed in there too so as Lindsay works her way up the Law career to become THE LAW. So while Lindsay works on her career needs, Xavier has been working with Uri.
Father & son are very quickly like peas and carrots!
And just a quick look at Xavier going off to work because I love his uniform! Just like a fortune sim to be thinking about money, of course.
And Lindsay keeps pulling in those promotions! She's on fire!
I did make Xavier take the day off for Uri's birthday! He made such a cute toddler, but I bet he's going to be an even sweeter child. Let's see!

I'll take it! Probably going to change his clothes, but hey not a bad outfit to grow up into! Hooray for Uri!
The next day is another big day. Promotions AGAIN!
Uri gets his make-over. So cute! I stuck with the overalls because surprise, Uri is a nature lover like his parents! I thought it would be cute for him to wear those while he works in the garden.
And Uri got his big-boy bedroom! No more nursery for him!
Xavier and Lindsay snuck in some time for each other while Uri checked out his new room. No worries, no more babies are on the radar for this generation at least in the Cove.
Friday brought yet ANOTHER promotion. Did I tell you this gal was on fire or what?
They got down and dirty in their garden this week, it's all turning out lovely! So many green thumbs! A big garden is a lot of work but Xavier mostly takes the morning shift and Lindsay does the evening pruning. Uri is a big help when he's not doing homework or skilling.
Sunday is family day, and a big family meal with fresh from the garden items was definitely in order!
And there you have it, promotions and a birthday were the big ticket items this week! Next week we'll see Uri grow up to a teen! I'm so nervous! Hopefully he stays cute and sweet, he's just adorable!
