Just a quick stop at the Panda sisters' house.  Yvette and Yeva are both Pleasure sims, and even with moving in former maid Tyson McMillan there's not a lot going on besides some juggling.  Off we go then!

Yo-yo

Yewla

I'm going to be honest, Tyson is kind of a jerk.  When he was the neighborhood maid, I thought he was a nice Sim.  And after several generations of cleaning up after my Sims, I figured he could semi-retire.  Get a job he really wants.  Maybe be a boy-toy for Yvette who had some unfulfilled wants to flirt and stuff.  Well, he and Yvette get along and he is really good to the pets, but it's real work keeping him on good terms with the rest of the 'hood.

So when I tell you I don't really care that he got a promotion, hmph.  If he froze in the backyard, I wouldn't send anyone to thaw him.

But I did care when Grim showed up for Yo-yo.  She's been around for so long, I don't really remember a time without her.  I care very much!

She did get one last pounce in on Yeva before she went to take that final nap.  I wish she had taken a nap out in the dog house or something because getting pictures in this corner was ridiculous.  But she was a snarky lil' cat and her random pounces were always fun to watch.

Well, Tuesday brought another promotion for Tyson.  You aren't even doing the skilling for these, buddy!  You are drinking up the eggplant juice!

Tuesday night, I guess Penny didn't like having another ghost dog around so she came out to haunt everyone.  Vincent even peed his pants.  ... I made Tyson clean it up.

Wednesday was a hurtful day, too.  Grim showed up again, this time for Yewla.  No, my sweet Yewla!!!

If the pets could quit coming to the end of their life spans in tight corners, I'd super appreciate it.  And I wanted to tell Noelle, "Thanks for cleaning the food dish but there's no more pets to eat out of it", but I didn't.  She meant well, right?

Well, there's a whole lot of sitting around doing 'nuthin in this house so I had Yvette write up a restaurant guide.  She finished it Thursday morning.  I had forgotten how lucrative this could be!  Not that they even need the money, they are sitting on a small fortune right now.

Um, and I swear this wasn't intentional at all, but a chance card gone bad resulted in Tyson getting demoted back to a juggler.  I picked the responsible answer!!  Oh well, at least he wasn't fired.  He was still really torn up about it.

(He's an ugly crier too, sheesh)

Friday is cousins day in most houses.  I figured it would be something to do, plus Yvette and Yeva really like having the kids around.  Unfortunately, there's not any cousins yet in the Panda family that can come visit as most are still toddlers.  But their great-nephews Yoren and Yorwyck Deppiesse got to spend an evening with them!

I personally have a lot of fond memories of weekends spent with my great-aunt.  She was unmarried and had a cool house full of neat things.  Today, we would call her a hoarder.  But as a kid, it was a wonderland!  One thing she didn't have though, were ghost dogs.

Tonight's hauntings are brought to you by Yeti and ... YEWLA???  My sweet Yewla is already being an asshole ghost?

I'll confess, Saturday was mostly spent on double or triple speed.  Tyson felt the spring season in full bloom though, and kept seeking out Yvette for some touchy-feely.  She didn't mind.

My old buddy Leroy showed up the next morning!  I haven't seen him much in the last few weeks.  I had hoped that Zakki and Isaac could be-friend and adopt him but he's not trusting enough.  I haven't had the heart to get rid of all the pet items yet, so Leroy was happy to gnaw on a bone in the yard!

Leroy stuck around for a bit when the Panda family started showing up for the Sunday dinner.  But once there were too many people vying for his attention, he dipped out.  To be fair... There are a lot of Pandas in my game.  Possibly more than there are in the wild.

(Didn't realize they had the same hair style until now!)

Yeti and Yewla were better behaved this evening and played in the bathroom.

Yeva wanders around a lot unsupervised because she's honestly too lazy to get into anything.  As I was working towards clearing out the house and closing up for the week, I spied her in the backyard playing with the remote helicopter thing.

You know, this game has been around almost 20 years now and I'm still learning new things.   The remote helicopter is a tinkering object!  Why didn't I know this until now!?  Yeva is max enthusiasm so she lit up while playing with it.

This game, I swear.  I love it.

Well, it's time to tuck the ladies and Tyson into bed and head on over to the next Panda sister's house.  Yamaris is next up on the list.  We'll check back in with Yvette and Yeva in the summer!

Happy Simming, and enjoy the springtime!  (It's officially spring in the real world now! Yay!)

TS2 - Legacy Cove - Week 26 - 101 Bayview Drive

TS2 - Legacy Cove

Week 26

101 Bayview Drive

Welcome to the first Lind house, home of Zoey and Frazier, Walter and Julie, along with kids Winifred and Wendolyn.  The last few houses were insanely busy, but the Linds were much more laid back.   Let's jump right on in.

Wendolyn Lind

Aspen

Monday was pretty exciting though, because it's Wendolyn's first birthday!  She'll be growing from infant to toddler.  I'm excited to see her stats and what she looks like.

But... Wendolyn did not feel like growing up right this moment.  Wendolyn felt like making a stinky diaper.  And then waited until 12:01am before she was ready to spin.

(Super Babyyyy!)

Oh, dear.  This won't work at all.  Please give us just a moment.  We need to shuffle the baby to another Sim as Julie and Walter are early-risers for their jobs.  Zoey's in charge of getting this baby made-over now!

Wendolyn Lind is a Sagittarius like her grandma Zoey!  Her stats are 3 messy - 3 shy - 9 active - 10 playful - 3 mean.   I'm thinking with these stats that her hobby may be fitness like Zoey and Walter or maybe games like her grandpa Frazier?  Possibly sports?  We'll wait and see.

Zoey, ever the efficient Sim, had Wendolyn potty-trained before she went off to bed.  Luckily, Zoey has Tuesdays off so while the other Sims were up early for baby duty, she got to sleep in a bit and still get her morning yoga session in!

Walter had a chance card pop up, and I almost ignored it but it seemed pretty simple.  Don't eat the questionable fish, right?   RIGHT!

I have no idea how many simoleons he received.  But it really doesn't matter.  I think their household is the wealthiest in the neighborhood.  Lucky duckies!

Tuesday also brought a smaller birthday.  Aspen is an elder now!  I would like to breed him but the puppies available are his niece and nephew (his littermate is Acapella).  So we'll hang in there another week or so and see what happens.  Aspen is adorable and another favorite of mine!

Wednesday was uneventful for most of the day.  But in the evening, Zoey was having a water balloon fight, while it was cold enough to have on her winter coat.   .... She froze and was unresponsive for a bit.  Finally, Walter was able to warm her up and save her!

So Thursday, another day off for Zoey, I sent her to check in on Cove Fitness.  All that jumping around and exercising should keep her warm!

Thursday evening, I got the notification for a double birthday tomorrow!  Can you believe that Winifred will be a teenager?  They grow up so quickly.

Winifred is an excellent big sister.  She doesn't mind at all giving her baby sister attention and likes to make her giggle with lots of tickles!

6pm on Friday arrived too quickly!  It's spin time!  Double birthdays are tricky, but I'm going to give it a good try.  On the plus side, it's warm enough to have the party outdoors!

(Both the Archer and Lind families in attendance!)

(siblings Vincent & Vamaris Lind)

(Zack & Rocco in the front)
(Isaac & Zakki, Julie, and Zavoy)

(Zavoy, Caden, Rocco, and Fletcher)

And with that last spin, we now have one teenager and one toddler in the house!  Wendolyn is flipping adorable!  Just wait until you see her dressed in better clothes.

But first, let's take a look at our new teenager, Winifred!  She's rolled knowledge like her friend Xyla Centowski.  But Winifred wants to be a Space Pirate.  These kids and their wild dreams.. the Centowski family had all the Space Pirates prior to this (Xavier and Treva).  Winifred had a make-over and she looks very nerdy-chic, with my stamp of approval!

Wendolyn was a challenge because while I know she's active and playful, I do influence their clothing based on their hobbies.  Like all the sports fans wear the team uniforms for gym clothes and the letterman's jackets for outerwear.  I suppose I can just dress her and update later when her OneTrueHobby is revealed.  And her hair... Seriously, she's gorgeous.  There were so many hairstyles that looked amazing on her, but in the end I kept the one she had as a toddler.  She may be my little wild child so let that hair be wild and free too, kiddo!

On Saturday, we had all the teens and kids in the neighborhood over.  Wendolyn and Xora hit it off pretty quickly.  With all the girls that were born, these two are the only ones currently in the childhood age.

And she must have had a bad dream Saturday night, because she woke up and clutched the teddy bear that was by her bed.  It was kind of weird to check on her and find her like this!  Just standing there, holding the bear...

Sunday morning, before the family arrived for their weekly dinner together, Wendolyn went out to feed the fish to the koi pond (Walter's career reward).  Hello!  We have a nature Sim in the house!

Oh, boy, they aren't equipped for a nature Sim!  I might put her in a small garden, but as of now Winifred is the presumed heir and Wendolyn should be moving out on her own after college.  I might have her explore some other avenues like birdwatching and bug collecting!  Or make her room a zoo with a fish tank, worm rat cage, maybe even the dreaded bird... Eeeeek!!

All that will wait until next week though, because it's time to close up the Lind house for the spring and go check on Yvette and Yeva Panda!

Hope you enjoyed the Linds, and happy Simming!
