TS2 - Legacy Cove
Week 27
3001 Archer Street
It was a dark and stormy week at the Panda sisters' house. My time with them was mostly uneventful. Until it wasn't! Life happens fast sometimes. Let's get reacquainted with the residents and then I'll jump on into their update.

MONDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yvette and Tyson are "in love". Mostly just some PDA stuff they do on their own. They haven't wanted to act further on it, so if they want to be flirty and touchy then that's all them.
Tyson is still a rude poohead to pretty much everyone else so I'm not encouraging this.
Yvette and Yeva are sisters, housemates, and BFFs.
Yeva and Tyson don't care much for the other. They don't fight. But neither do they seek the other out for any interactions.
Monday morning was spent with Yeva and Tyson competing for Yvette's attention.
I was so relieved when he went to work. Whew. The sisters had a nice evening with their brother Yung and his family (Pearly, Yvonne, Brandon, Yoren, and Yorwyck).
At least when Tyson came home he had received a promotion. If he's going to flirt with my Yvette then I prefer him to be a "Master of Ceremonies" vs a Juggler!
TUESDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Tuesday brought a break from all the rain. So when Yvette & Yeva had their other sister Yamaris's family to visit, they enjoyed some sunshine!
That's Yamaris and her daughter Vamaris (aka Vama).
can be. Gorgeous, too! She definitely takes after both of her parents.
Fletcher and Yamaris are both very genetically blessed.

WEDNESDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Wednesday morning the rain poured down with thunder shaking the house and lightning zapping down again and again!
And yet again it cleared up for a visit from another sibling & family! This time Yardley, his wife Kayla, son Shawn, daughter-in-law Noelle, and grandkids Shayla and Sebastian were here.
Kayla is usually very reserved. The prim and proper type. But she is a smustling fool! Especially when dancing with her husband.
I was really amused watching her and took plenty of pics. You never know when you might need to blackmail a Sim, ya know?
THURSDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Thursday was a bright sunshiny day and we were all out of family to invite. So after Tyson went to work, the girls jumped in their car and headed to the new pool!
The pictures aren't anywhere as nice as the actual game. With the palm tree reflections and all that sunshine, I felt like they teleported to the tropics!
Yeva actually got in with a ladder, but Yvette decided to try out the slide!
Like her sister-in-law Kayla, Yeva has always been more quiet and reserved. Yvette is that fun aunt that is ready to jump into any game the adults or kids come up with.
More and more of the Sims coming to the lot are getting in the pool. The first time I brought a Sim here, the playables were the only ones to get in but they didn't even stay in the pool long.
Zavoy is probably here because technically he still owns the lot.
But these two teen townies, Laiyya and Julian, were loving the water!
They were still diving and swimming when I took Yvette and Yeva back home.
Back at home and after a quick rainshower, Tyson returned from work with news of another promotion! One more and he'll achieve his LifeTimeWant of being a Prestidigitator.
At least he doesn't look as mean when he's getting his way... Hmph.

FRIDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yvette especially but Yeva too loves all their nieces and nephews, and now all the great-nieces & nephews!
Even though not all of these kids consider each other cousins, they held an honorary cousins day with their
great-niblings.
Did I know that adults and kids could snuggle on the couch? If I did, I totally forgot! How cute!
The kids had a great time even with ANOTHER evening of rain again and stayed until 2am!
SATURDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Snow? Heavy snow? IN THE SUMMER? I hope this weatherman is wrong..
Since there's no kids living in the house to have a playdate, the sisters waited until Tyson was off to work again then had a "playdate" with the other ladies in generation 3!
They really need a bigger house for all of this entertaining. Sheesh.
Since it was a nice day, I tried to get Yvette to start a game of kicky bag in the backyard but she wasn't interested and the other ladies were happy to crowd together inside.
A chance card popped up for Tyson and I almost closed it because he's a step away from his dream job... but I felt confident that he should NOT eat the bad fish.
It turned out that was the correct answer and Tyson got an extra $150 simoleons.
Ahh, I could almost like him if he was this happy-looking all the time. And not arguing or poking the Pandas.
But congratulations, Tyson! I hope this job is everything you've ever wanted and more. Now go upstairs and blog on your computer. I don't want you making the guests angry.
The guests weren't staying much longer anyway. The ghost of Yeti chased them away.
Deb, at least you didn't pee your pants this time. Good job!

SUNDAY
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Yvette's lifebar is looking a little too full for my comfort.
I'm going to plan for the worst but hope for the best. Maybe she'll survive the day and get to spend the rest of the summer visiting her family.
Sunday is family day which helped. We certainly don't intend to leave the girls' fortunes to Tyson! So Yvette gave each of the grand-nieces and nephews a $5000 gift.
I'm also thinking of building a new residence hall on the college campus with the Panda name, then using cheats to deduct the amount from their household funds.
Lemme tell you...
6pm came way too quickly and Grim was not a second late.
I was not at all prepared to lose Yvette this week! This is awful!
When Yvette was born, I was excited because she had the town founder's eye color. But she had her dad Rob Panda's facial unevenness. So when I was trying to choose a Sim from generation 3 to not have babies (population control), she was unfortunately a contender.
But it worked out because she was a FANTASTIC aunt! How many births have you seen her at for generation 4 and 5?
She was there for almost all of her nieces, nephews, and then their children too.
Please note: She doesn't often have attitude, but look at that eye she's giving Grim!
Yvette and I found her place in this world. She took to her life well, and only after getting lovey with Tyson did she bring up marriage. I'm sorry I didn't indulge you, Yvette, but he's a pain in the tush!
I'm glad she left with her family surrounding her. She loved her Panda family!
Plus she had great relationships with all of her other cousins in town.
You turned out to be a good one, Yvette. I'm going to miss you.
Rest in peace, Yvette Panda.
She was 76 days old. Preceded in death by her parents Zamaris (Archer) and Rob Panda. She leaves behind her younger siblings; Yamaris Lind, Yung Panda, Yardley Panda, and Yeva Panda. Nieces and nephews; Vincent Lind, Vamaris Lind, Yvonne Deppiesse, and Shawn Panda. And so many great-nieces and nephews, and her cousins.
I dare say most of the neighborhood will feel her loss!
Yeva though might break my heart.
She was okay when interacting with the other Sims but every time the others turned away, boom.
I wasn't prepared for Yeva to be this upset. She doesn't show a lot of emotion!
The younger boys seemed to be handling it well.
This is Vama's son Quentin and his actual cousin Vincent Jr.
Little Vera though!!
All week long, Sims have tried to get to this teddy bear. It was turned sideways between the TV and the book shelf. I don't know how Vera got it out, but here she is. Yvette's little snugglebug!
Oh, and just in case this evening isn't traumatizing enough, here's the ghost of Yewla to break up an indoor kicky bag game.
Yeva pulled herself together. Her favorite place is on this couch.
I never realized how much she and her nephew Vincent do NOT look alike. I think the only similarity is the eyebrows.
Vincent was a doll and stayed with her for a while on the couch. He's an active guy, so it got my attention.
The family headed home one by one, so the ghost pets played with each other.
I don't see this often, and it's pretty cute!
Tyson went outside all on his own. Yewla did not disappoint him,
but I don't think he even had a Want to see a ghost. He got to see one anyway!
Yeva..? What the fuck.
And now their week is over. Fall is moving in and we will be moving on to the second of the Lind houses. There will be some birthdays and hopefully no visits from Grim! Stay tuned!
Thank you for reading, and happy Simming!
