Week 27

1003 Centowski Street

     Hello from our last house on Centowski Street, but not the last of the Centowski clan!  (Xayden lives on Archer Street with the only singletons.)  Here we have Xander and Cassie, along with their daughter Treva, son-in-law Soupy, and grandson Trace.  For those that have forgotten, I had a pixel crush on Xander and had hopes he'd marry my Sim.  But Cassie came along and ruined my animated life!   

     Personally, my real self, hold no grudges.  But when Grim comes for Cassie, my Sim may need an alibi.  Not that anything is planned, but you know, just in case.  ANYWAY, how about I do the run down of our residents now before anything incriminating comes out!

Money, money, money.  

Both Xander and Cassie received inheritance money from Zack and Yvette.  I meant to repaint their house this week but totally forgot.  I put it on the to-do list for next week!  

Xander's older brother Xane visited along with his household.  Everyone pretty much dipped out after the tree fire outside.

Well, I thought everyone had left.  Until it's 4:30am game time and I'm wondering, "What the heck is that noise?"  

Xayden.  I have no idea how long he's been jumping around back there but probably at least 2 and a half hours.  

Shoo!  Go home, Roger!!!!

TUESDAY

I thought about letting Treva skip work on Tuesday.  But she doesn't have a whole lot of vacation days banked.

Her cousin and bestest friend Uri was visiting Tuesday, along with his family.

But they are best friends so they'll find a time to catch up without interrupting either one's work schedule.

Xander is a mean, grumpy ol' man.  But he loves his wife (hmph) and he loves his nieces, nephews, and their children too.  He and Ursa have a nearly perfect 100/100 relationship score.  

I guess it makes sense now that Ursa rolled Romance.  Just like her great-uncle Xander.

WEDNESDAY

Laurel's not getting any younger.  She's part of the litter from the original dalmatian, Luna.

We've got a puppy boom in the 'hood, but if I want Laurel to pass on her family line then we better get to it.

Cooper didn't argue either.

Yay!  We got a lullaby!  

I'm hoping its a small litter, but that means it'll probably won't be.

THURSDAY

Thursday was a nice quiet day.  Until everything happened at once.

Xander and Cassie both had locked wants to whoohoo.  See, no grudges here!

So I let them go have some "quiet" time.  They set off fireworks in the bed instead.  Y'all wild.

Soupy maxed his game enthusiasm!  He's been working on maxing his logic, and he's into games anyway.  So two birds one stone!  

And just a smidge more, and we'll have that second bird!  

WHAT!  I'm so not ready.  My pet pregnancies are going by way too quickly, I need to check my mods to see whats causing this.  It's been just a bit over 24 hours!!  WHAT IS HAPPENING!

Well, I'll tell you what's happening.  Laurel is having puppies!  

Three!  THREE PUPPIES!  "How marvelous!  

Oh, the devil take it!  They're mongrols! No spots!  No spots at all!"

Meet Checkers, Chessa, and Cruz.

Checkers named for all the gamer geeks in the house.  Chessa is a slavic name that ties with the Dalmatian breeds' origins.  And Cruz for character Joe Cruz on Chicago Fire.  Since Dalmatians are fireman's dogs!

Oh, right.  Soupy is having his big moment over on the side porch.  

Maxed his logic!  Congrats, buddy.

The puppies are adorable, even if they ARE spotless mongrols.  At least they'll be safe from Cruella.

Trace's birthday is tomorrow, so I guess the timing worked out.  Pick you out a pup to keep, Trace!  

The other two will go to the adoption pool to be up for grabs in the neighborhood.

But not tonight.  It's late and we have a party tomorrow.  Everyone to bed!

FRIDAY

Laurel has made a fine recovery from having pups and is back on duty as the mailman greeter!

The rest of the morning was nice and quiet, just how I like it.

Especially when there's a birthday party later!  It's Friday so just the extended cousins are here to celebrate.

A Fortune Sim again.  If I'm remembering correctly, he makes the fourth of Gen 5 to roll Fortune.

Although Trace is a Stephens officially, the Centowskis do have a tradition of mostly knowledge and fortune as their aspirations.  So it seems fitting.

All grown up, dressed up, and no where to go!  

Please note:  I usually don't change hairstyles as much as I have been when my Sims grow up.  And I need to stop because I keep going, "No, X has that hairstyle.... Y is blonde but that's his hairstyle..." and so on.  I've downloaded more hairstyles, I just need to install them and check the binning.  

Meanwhile... outside....

Yoren, our first Romancer for Gen 5, is not being very conspicuous about checking out Ursa.

Two Romancers.  No close relation.  I can get behind these two being a couple if they are interested in each other!

Back inside, Trace has gotten his official notification for his OneTrueHobby!  Fitness!  With all the gamer Sims in the house!?   

I just built a dang loft upstairs last week with a console for the gamers.  

Ugh, now I'll need a gym.  For now, there's a space bedroom with space for a workout bench.

SATURDAY

The teens are all over to hang out today!  I'm going to have to keep my eyes on these kids.

Yorwyck and Winifred are awfully comfortable with each other over here.

And Xyla was already caught smooching on Little Vincent at Ursa's house!  

This was her response when I teleported him onto the lot!  She's a bit exuberant with her emotions.  I don't think Little Vincent knew what he was getting into when they were popping out heart bubbles! 

It's nice to have the teens only and not all the kids too.  It can get overwhelming.

Sometimes it's fun to just sit back and watch 'em go.  There's a kicky bag game going on, Zaryn doing a little stretching, and Little Vincent telling Xyla that he's a family sim.

Ursa hasn't seemed to clue in on Yoren's notice of her.  If you'll remember, she thinks Wendolyn is hot.

And I'm still not sure if I want them to have a same-sex relationship together.  I guess if it happens, it can be a teen experimental thing if I don't want to pursue it long-term.

Xora made friends with Laurel, even though there's a room full of fellow teens behind us.  

And I had to break up this kicky bag game.  It went on for over 3 hours.  Go mingle with the other guests, Trace!  He somehow doesn't even know all of his peers.  Sheesh.

The teens stayed all day, and it's a good thing there's a surplus of food from Cassie's gardening because it takes a lot to feed them all!  

I even ordered two pizzas along with a platter of chips and two servings of hot dogs!

The fridge was happy when they all went home!

SUNDAY

Speaking of Cassie's garden, it's downright flourishing.  There's only three out of this generation that is interested in nature, so I'm not sure what to do with all of the gardens.

They take up a lot of time so if there's not a Nature Sim on the lot then I don't want to have the household responsible for a garden.

HOLD THE BUS.  

HOW LONG HAS THIS TRASH CAN BEEN KNOCKED OVER??????

DO WE HAVE BUGS?  

I'm not even going to take the time to look, someone just get on the phone and call the exterminator! 

Oh my Wright.  Whew!

Worth every penny.

Plus Benjamin is great eye candy.

I almost got distracted from today's tasks.  Gotta send the pups on to the adoption pool so they can go to some happy homes.  

This is always so sad for me.

You better.

Who am I kidding, the other Centowski houses are going to be more than happy to adopt these pups.

It'll probably be Xayden and Xane's houses.  I don't think Xavier has room for another until the kids head to college.

I was hoping to keep one of the boys, but the household had the highest relationship with Chessa.  

Ulva beelined straight for the pup when they family began arriving for their Sunday reunion dinner.  

Ulva prefers to play with the pets and in the water wriggler.  So her relationship score is the lowest with the household.

Salads for dinner, because the produce from the garden is making all my Sims chubby.  I need to find a mod maybe to make them stop eating when they are full, at least if they are active.

You'd think the fresh food would make them thinner and healthier.  But no.

And before we call this a wrap, I totally forgot to take pictures of the backyard.  So here's their backyard in the dark!!  

There's a deck on the back that steps down to the driveway.  That blurry, leafy thing by the driveway is a momento from a wedding.  The shed back there has the two culinary career rewards and some genie lamps.

And of course Cassie's garden.

There's a hydrobot parked back there.  And the table and chairs is another wedding keepsake.
