As previously discussed, the pets are no longer getting regular doses of the Kibble of Life. It's distressing seeing all of my beloved pets grow old! Penny had her elder birthday bright and early Monday morning.
The week was pretty low-key for the first half. Yvette has made a new friend in Tyson the housekeeper. The sisters are also trying to get acquainted with their nieces' and nephews' significant others. And of course, more dog elder birthdays. Yeti's was on Thursday.
It's been a while since an NPC has been befriended. I forgot this pop-up box is a thing.
He and Yvette are getting to be pretty good friends. Tyson's been a loyal NPC for 4 long generations so I'm getting him set-up to retire with the girls. He's gotten along great with their family as well.
Friday was Yeva's birthday. It was a beautiful day so I set up the backyard for a party (plus, the Panda brood is gaining in numbers and overflows the indoors!). Then just before 5pm the rain started. Thank Wright for the weather naut thingy. Enjoy the picture spam.

And while it's great that this family is so tight, at times they are a bit ... too close and comfortable with each other. I know Yvette changed Vincent's diapers but that was eons ago!
Tyson is quite fond of the kitty. He seems like a keeper.
Speaking of YoYo, he had an elder birthday as well. My poor pets. But part of the pros of Tyson eventually moving in is that if the pets are still around when Yvette and Yeva are not, he'll be here to take care of them.
The Panda's new robot Ybettrium is earning his keep. Gotta keep him busy because he keeps stalking Vincent and poking him in the chest. What the hell! Me and this robot will fight over Vincent. Everyone loves him. Back off, robot.
Sunday they had another get-together for their family dinner. Yvette finally asked Tyson to move in, and it was a yes!
He cleans up nice. He wants to be a Prestidigitator. Couldn't find an opening on Sunday but after midnight going into Monday we hit jackpot!
Since Ybittrium wants to keep stalking Vincent again, I had to send the stupid robot away. Which means after Pearly blew up the toilet in the upstairs bathroom, Yeva had to take care of it. Sorry, girlie, but you and Yvette are tinkerers... you can fix things yourselves!
And last look at the family before we call it a week.... Why do I not remember Sims ever crossing their legs when sitting on the couch? Surely this has been happening all along and I never paid attention? I'm about to go look through all the storytelling albums to see!
