Winter is here! Welcome to our second stop for Week 25, the Panda home. Here we have our 3rd Generation Yung and Pearly Panda, and their only daughter Yvonne who is newlywed to Brandon Deppiesse (a Gen 8 from Legacyville). Don't forget Poison Ivy and Pepper! We've got lots to see, so here we go!

Poison Ivy and Penny
Monday brought a lot of updates. Yvonne is indeed pregnant and as seen above, Brandon got a promotion to Vice President! Not bad for a new hire.
We also got a visit from the Ghosts of Schnoodles Past. Fortunately, this is a house full of Knowledge Sims (plus one Fortune) so the ghost was positively received. Yvonne has a secondary aspirtation of Knowledge, just FYI
Tuesday brought us closer to new baby Deppiesse with our second baby bump!
And I'd like to give you a 'sneak peak' at Vama's recent post-University make-over! I was going to try to keep her in the blue & green color theme but she looks quite striking in black (and all grown up!).
And Brandon is on a roll with the promotions! President of the company; Either he knows what he's doing or his brown-nosing skills are finely tuned.
But the dogs woke up today and chose violence. Their relationship scores are pretty much 100 so I have no idea what brought on this spat. Pepper won... But there's no pride in beating up your momma that you have a good relationship with. Bad dog!
Wednesday finally arrived. Do you know what that means? Baby day! .... Eh, but wait. Are we going to do this right here in the hallway?
Yup. Yup. Right here in the hall.
Brandon has already gone to work and Pearly is still asleep. That leaves Yung and Yvonne on their own, but she didn't wait for him.
Welcome baby Yoren! He's got brown hair like both momma and daddy, and Yvonne's green eyes that are from our neighborhood founder Zane Archer. I am just delighted!
Pearly's still asleep even though Yvonne just gave birth outside her bedroom door.
Yoren is like baby Zaryn so far. He hardly sleeps. I suspect that his active stat is really high, which was the case with Zaryn. He'll age up to a toddler before the week is over so we'll wait and see.
Pearly has to be nudged into remembering that there's a baby here. A baby that is her own grandchild. Thankfully, Yvonne is all about everything baby and Yung will pitch in. Brandon seems to be at work a lot. I guess that's how he's getting those promotions!
Speaking of.....
CEO! I'm not going to push him into anymore skilling as his LTW is to have Five Top-Level Businesses so I feel like CEO is more than okay to have him stay at.
Thursday, as night turned to day.... Henry the wolf made an enemy of me.
IS THIS WHERE PEPPER LEARNED TO FIGHT? ON THE STREETS?
The wolves have been becoming a problem. I'd use the Lot Adjuster to ban them if there weren't two Knowledge Sims in the house with a want almost every day to "See a wolf".
I have no explanation though for why I haven't banished the skunk, though. Please Cassie... Do! Not! Move!
Then, while I'm trying to get a nice photo of three generations of Panda...
Eh tu, Xander? I'm pretty sure he was going to try to steal their gnome statue between the house and driveway!
Thursday passed pretty uneventfully but we made up for that on Friday!
It starts with Yvonne putting the baby on the floor and running to throw up.
She is a Family Sim after all. These hormones are really starting to get to her though, I think. She and Pearly had an argument just before the birthday party.
Ladies, ladies! Let's separate and get this baby spun into a toddler! I'm really interested in seeing how he looks. Let's roll that beautiful bean footage!
Only, Yoren wasn't ready to be spun. So Yvonne placed him on the ground. I guess the lil guy just wanted his daddy to do the honors.
Wait a minute, who invited the Ghost dog to the party!?
NOW Pearly is ready to be involved with her grandchild. Before I could get Yoren a make-over, Grandma Pearly rushed him to the potty before he could pee himself. She has a want to potty train him!
Here is our newest toddler, Yoren Deppiesse! He's a Sagittarius like his dad. His stats are 2 messy - 2 shy - 10 active (I knew it!) - 10 playful - 10 nice.
He does have a bit of the "Demon Baby" look that Yvonne had but no where near as scary. Its those eyebrows and pointy ears (which I covered up with hair to help soften the Demon Baby vibe!
Somehow, all of the Gen 3 Panda siblings ended up staying all night at their house. I have a great picture of the sisters, Yvette, Yamaris, and Yeva. Yardley just sat on the couch quietly most of the night. I forgot he was there for a few hours.
Saturday morning, Yvonne was teaching Yoren how to walk but abandoned that task right as Brandon walked in the room.
I swear I can hear him thinking, "Oh no, not this again!" Brandon queues up to feed and bathe the baby autonomously but he hasn't had any wants involving him. I feel that's okay though. He does take care of his kid, and the whole family. Yung used up his vacation days this week and will be retiring. Pearly already retired. So he's the only one working. Yvonne as a Family Sim is on top of all the family stuff. It balances nicely.
And one little snuggle brought Daddy and Yoren up to best friend levels!
Saturday brought another birthday to us. Poison Ivy is an elder dog now.
Sunday morning, Yoren revealed his hobby. He's going to be a tinkerer! He's got Zane & Yvonne's eyes and his great-grandma's tinkering traits!
And of course Sunday had me on my toes until the very last minute. Yvonne's on her second baby bump now.
Pearly is now max enthusiasm with Nature!

And finally, Yung is officially retired as Hand of Poseidon.
He looks a little nervous about retiring but he's not worked at all this past week while using up his vacation time and did well. And now that he has a second grandbaby due Monday morning, well, if that's not enough to keep him busy then we'll open up a business. Maybe an arcade for all these gamers in town.
Winter is over now, and spring arrives. So please say goodnight to the Pandas and I'll see you next time with the first of the Centowski homes!
